Yes, we offer a free first evaluation meeting where we analyze the general
characteristics of your project and present the most suitable structuring
options. This meeting can be held at our offices or via videoconference,
according to your preference.
Absolutely. We work with projects throughout Bolivia. Although our main office
is in Sucre, we make regular trips to the country's main cities and maintain a
remote service system for clients from other locations. We have experience in
projects in La Paz, Santa Cruz, Cochabamba, Tarija, and other cities.
The time varies depending on the complexity of the project and the number of
participants. For medium-sized projects with 3-5 partners, the complete process
(from initial evaluation to legal and operational constitution) usually takes
between 4 and 6 weeks. More complex projects may require 2-3 months. We also
offer accelerated services for situations requiring more urgency.
To make the most of the first meeting, it is helpful to have: 1) General
description of the project (type, location, size), 2) Planned participants and
their roles, 3) Approximate estimate of contributions per participant, 4)
Tentative schedule, and 5) Main objectives you seek with the structuring.
However, we can start the process with basic information and complement it
during development.
